In just a few easy steps, you can set up the BetterDocs AI Chatbot feature. Using this functionality, one can get in-depth or summarized details of your docs without exploring the entire doc section. This, in turn, offers the benefit of reducing the pressure on your support team. Follow the step-by-step guide below to learn how to configure this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nota:<\/em><\/strong> Before getting started, you need to <\/em>install and activate BetterDocs<\/em><\/strong><\/a> & <\/em>BetterDocs PRO<\/em><\/strong><\/a> on your website. Then, <\/em>activate the BetterDocs PRO license key<\/em><\/strong><\/a> to proceed. Also, make sure you have your knowledge base created using BetterDocs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Download And Activate BetterDocs AI Chatbot Addon<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

First, you have to purchase and then download the BetterDocs AI Chatbot addon from the WPDeveloper store<\/strong><\/a>. The addon will be downloaded as a ZIP file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, go to the \u2018plugin<\/strong>\u2019 tab in the left side panel of your wp-admin<\/strong>. Here, click on the \u2018Add New Plugin<\/strong>\u2019 button. Next, hit the \u2018Upload Plugin<\/strong>\u2019 button and then the \u2018Choose file<\/strong>\u2019 to upload the BetterDocs AI Chatbot addon ZIP file. Click on the \u2018Install Now<\/strong>\u2019 button to install the addon. Then, hit the \u2018Activate Plugin<\/strong>\u2019 to activate the addon on your website.<\/p>\n\n\n

Now, you have to collect and add your OpenAI API key for BetterDocs AI Chatbot to work. Go to the OpenAI platform\u2019s API keys page<\/strong><\/a>. Then, click on the \u2018Create new secret key<\/strong>\u2019 button. Provide an optional name and other details for the key. Hit the \u2018Create secret key<\/strong>\u2019 button to complete the key creation process. Copy the key and come back to the BetterDocs plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
