How To Embed BetterDocs FAQ App Block In Shopify?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before embedding the <\/strong>block on your Shopify store, you need to install & activate<\/strong> BetterDocs for Shopify app<\/em><\/strong><\/a> for your shop. Then follow the step-by-step instructions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Enable Your FAQ Group To Be Shown on Product or Page<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

First, navigate to the \u2018FAQs<\/strong>\u2019 tab under BetterDocs from the left side panel. Choose a FAQ group you want to show and select \u2018Edit<\/strong>\u2019 from the \u2018More options<\/strong>\u2019 dropdown. You can then enable your selected FAQ group to be shown on all products or pages through the respective checkboxes. You can also select specific products or pages from here.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 2: Open The Theme Customizer <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You need to customize your Shopify store\u2019s theme to embed FAQ App Block on your Shopify store. To do that, navigate to \u2018Sales Channels.\u2019 <\/strong>Then go to \u2018Online Store\u2019 <\/strong>and select \u2018Themes.<\/strong>\u2019 Now click on \u2018Customize<\/strong>\u2019 for your theme, as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n

Now, click \u2018Add Block<\/strong>\u2019 from the page template and search for \u2018FAQ App Block<\/strong>\u2019 by BetterDocs. Select that, and your FAQ section will automatically be added to your desired page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
