Step 1: Enable BetterDocs Instant Answers For Shopify #
First, you need to enable the Instant Answer toolbar first. To enable the BetterDocs Instant Answer feature, go to BetterDocs → Instellingen from your Shopify dashboard.
You will see the ‘Instant Answers’ tab here. Now, go to the ‘Instant Answers’ tab and click on the Enable/Disable button to enable an instant answer on your documentation page.
You will be directed to another page to activate it. Now, click on the ‘Instant Answers’ toggle button to enable it and save the changes by clicking on the ‘Save’ button.
Step 2: Configure Content Settings #
Once you are done with the previous step, now it’s time to configure your content settings. Choose ‘Display Content Type’ and select the docs or pages where you want to add the ‘Instant Answer’ from the ‘Select Docs’ & ‘Show On Pages’ options.
Toggle the ‘Display Answer Tab’ button to show the answer tab. Give a suitable title for ‘Answers Tab Title’ and a subtitle for ‘Answers Tab Subtitle’.
Similarly configure Feedback settings, Reactions, and other settings. Once you are done, click on the 'Wijzigingen opslaan' button to apply the changes you made.
