Step 1: Go To The FAQ Tab From The Homepage #
To create a new FAQ section or explore the existing ones, first head over to the ‘FAQs’ tab from the BetterDocs homepage.
Here you can already use the built-in ones or you can add your own FAQ section. Simply click on the ‘Add FAQ Group’ and you can create a new one. Make sure to add your FAQ from the themes page to work on your website.
Step 2: Sort The FAQ Sections #
You can properly sort out your FAQ sections based on their ‘Title’ and ‘FAQ Status’. Simply click on the respective options, and set your parameters from the dropdown.
Step 3: Fully Customize The FAQs #
BetterDocs for Shopify allows you to apply thorough customization on your FAQ builder. First, click on any FAQ to explore the available questions.
To temporarily disable your FAQ, toggle the disable option to do it. Click on the Copy icon to make a duplicate copy of your FAQ. Click on the Pen icon to customize your FAQ title and where to display your 常问问题.
