Step 1: Enable Your FAQ Group To Be Shown on Product or Page #
First, navigate to the ‘FAQs’ tab under BetterDocs from the left side panel. Choose a FAQ group you want to show and select ‘Edit’ from the ‘More options’ dropdown. You can then enable your selected FAQ group to be shown on all products or pages through the respective checkboxes. You can also select specific products or pages from here.
Step 2: Open The Theme Customizer #
You need to customize your Shopify store’s theme to embed FAQ App Block on your Shopify store. To do that, navigate to ‘Sales Channels.’ Then go to ‘Online Store’ and select ‘Themes.’ Now click on ‘Customize’ for your theme, as shown below.
Step 3: Navigate To Your Desired Page #
Go to the page where you want to embed the block. From there, you will find the option to embed the BetterDocs FAQ App block.
Step 4: Embed FAQ App Block #
Now, click ‘Add Block’ from the page template and search for ‘FAQ App Block’ by BetterDocs. Select that, and your FAQ section will automatically be added to your desired page.
Alternatively, you can embed ‘FAQ App Block’ by clicking the ‘+’ button. You will find this button in the left side panel and both at the bottom and between the blocks. Click on ‘Save’ before you exit.
