Step 1: Set up Your FluentCart Shops #

Step 2: Configure BetterDocs AI Chatbot with FluentCart #

There are two methods to sync the FluentCart store with the BetterDocs AI chatbot. Here are the two methods mentioned. 

Method 1: #

From the BetterDocs dashboard, on the topbar, you will find the “FluentCart Products Ready for Sync with BetterDocs AI Chatbot”. There, you will find the button “Sync FluentCart Products Now”. After clicking on that, all products will be synced with BetterDocs AI Chatbot. 

Method 2: #

Another method is to go to BetterDocs → Settings. From there, go to the AI Chatbot tab. From the tab, scroll down to ‘Retrievable Post Types’. In the dropdown menu, you will see the ‘FluentCart Products’. Click on that and then click on the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.
