BetterDocs just introduced a new Help Scout migration feature where you can migrate your knowledge base from Help Scout with a single click. Help Scout provides customer support software with email management, live chat, and knowledge base tools to help businesses improve customer service.
How To Configure The Help Scout Migration From Dashboard? #
From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Settings → Migration. There you will find the Help Scout tab for you to configure.
In this tab, you have to paste your Help Scout API key and Collection ID from your account. Later we will discuss how to get the API and collection ID from Help Scout.
After you have inserted your API and collection ID simply click the “Migrate Help Scouts Docs” and all of your knowledge base, documentation, information, etc will be instantly migrated.

How To Collect API Key & Collection ID From Help Scout? #
First login to your Help Scout account with your credentials. Here we have already created some documentation.
From here, navigate to Your Profile→Authentication. In this section, you will find your API and Collection ID key. Copy both of them and paste them on the BetterDocs dashboard. After that, your documentation will be easily migrated.
